We started Event Coffee Catering & Juice with a simple belief: every event deserves great coffee and fresh, healthy drinks. Not the instant stuff. Not the catering-company afterthought. Real espresso, pressed to order, served by people who genuinely care.

Since 2018, we've served Brisbane's corporate community — from ASX-listed companies and government agencies to tech startups and professional seminars. Our mobile carts arrive ready, set up fast, and deliver consistently great results every time.

We use commercial Wega espresso machines, Mazzer grinders, and quality single-origin beans. Our juice bars run on cold-press juicers with seasonal Australian produce. Everything is mobile, self-contained, and staffed by professionals.

Our carts are fully mobile and can be transported to any Brisbane CBD venue, suburban office, conference centre, or outdoor corporate space. We handle all logistics.

Standard Power Only

All carts operate on a standard Australian 10A power outlet. No generators, no special infrastructure — just a regular wall socket.

Minimal Footprint

Each cart requires as little as 2m² of floor space, making them suitable for tight conference rooms, lobby setups, and outdoor marquees.

Scalable Staffing

We scale our team to match your guest count. From intimate boardroom breakfasts to 500-person conference breaks — we've got it covered.

We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance for most events. For large conferences or events with multiple carts, 4–6 weeks is ideal. We do accommodate last-minute bookings when availability allows — just get in touch.

Just a standard 10A power outlet (a regular wall socket). We are fully self-contained — no plumbing, no gas, no special infrastructure required. Our carts roll in on wheels and we handle all setup and pack-down.

A single espresso cart can comfortably serve up to 300 guests per event. For larger events, we can deploy multiple carts. Our juice and smoothie bars typically serve 150–200 guests. We'll recommend the right setup for your guest count.

Yes — custom branded cart wraps are available for most bookings. We work with your marketing team to produce a wrap that matches your event branding. This is a popular option for product launches, conferences, and sponsored events.

Absolutely. We stock full-cream, skim, oat, almond, soy, and lactose-free milks as standard. Our juice and smoothie menus can be fully customised to accommodate allergies, dietary preferences, and wellness themes.

We service all of Greater Brisbane — CBD, South Bank, Fortitude Valley, Newstead, West End, Bowen Hills, and surrounding suburbs. We also travel to the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast for larger events. Contact us to discuss your location.

All bookings include the cart, all equipment, a professional barista or operator, all consumables (coffee, milk, cups, lids, stirrers), setup, and pack-down. We provide everything — you just provide the power outlet and the guests.
